- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement and gauge the impact of social campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering positive relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Lead social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budget spend and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance the overall skill set of the digital marketing team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for our Social Media Manager position at Amazon will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique dynamics.
- Proficient in social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, and Twitter Ads, among others.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
